The Tengo Calor Surf House has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, one bathroom, two toilets. Nice outdoor terrace with hammock, Webber BBQ, ping pong table, skate park nearby.
Located only 2mns from the lake and 10 mns from the ocean. It is ideally located. Close to the shops of the village and on the main roads to Bordeaux, Soulac sur mer or Le Cap Ferret.

Two types of rental are available: privatisation of the house for 6 people or rental of a single room with shared common areas. Please note that in July and August, the house can only be rented on a weekly basis.

The Surf House is located 10 minutes from the ocean and less than 200m from the best skate park in Lacanau. You will be close to the market and many other shops, but also to the lake (5 minutes by bike) and the network of cycle paths of Lacanau. If you don’t have any means of transport, the bus to Bordeaux or the ocean stops right in front of the house.
A deposit of 500€ is required and a cleaning fee of 30€ for stays of more than two days.
Bed linen and towels are provided. However, with the Covid crisis, it is strongly recommended to bring your own things.
Breakfast is not included, Tengo Frio gets up way too early!
Tengo Frio will never be far away. He keeps the garage of the house, which he has converted into a private studio! Invite him for a drink or to play Ping-Pong.
