Originally from Lacanau, Geoffroy Henno is a former top level sportsman and the founder of the school. He has a Master’s degree in Sports and also has his Professional Surfing Certificate. Always motivated and smiling, you can’t miss him with his fluorescent pink wetsuit created especially for the school.

In front of the “Super U of Lacanau Ocean”, at the Pink Caravan!
Wetsuit, leash, wax, sunscreen and foam board are provided within the two hour session.
We have a maximum of 8 students per class for maximum fun!
During low season, the levels are mixed. Remember that Tengo Frio is a former high level sportsman, his level of expertise allows him to adapt to everyone’s level. In July and August, there is a “family”, “teen” and “motivated freestyle” session.
The tides determine the time of the lessons. The priority is to teach in good conditions. We want you to be able to express yourself to the best of your ability.
Yoga can be practiced on the beach or in a super studio at the Best Western du Golf de Lacanau hotel on the 18th hole. Stand Up Yoga, on the lake of Lacanau. We start at Le Moutchic and practice Yoga on the board in the small and quiet bay of Carreyre, a wonder!
